Use of the service
DONBE AdBot helps users draft, manage, schedule, publish, and review content across connected platforms. Users are responsible for all content they submit, publish, or authorize through the app.
User responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and in compliance with each platform's rules and applicable laws
- Provide accurate information when connecting accounts or requesting support
- Safeguard credentials and access for accounts under the user's control
Third-party platforms (including Meta)
Use of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other connected platforms remains subject to those providers' terms and policies. DONBE AdBot is not responsible for third-party outages, enforcement actions, content removals, or policy decisions.
AI-generated content
If AI features are enabled, generated output is drafting assistance only. Users must review and approve content before publication.
Intellectual property & proprietary methods
All software, source code, algorithms, build methods, tool architectures, user interface designs, workflows, estimating logic, AI integrations, and related materials created by or for DONBE Web Tools and its affiliated products are the exclusive intellectual property of DONBE. These materials are protected under applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.
Copyright registration pending. All rights are reserved. No part of any DONBE tool, estimator, application, codebase, build process, design system, or proprietary method may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, decompiled, distributed, republished, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent from DONBE.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or theft of DONBE's proprietary methods, tools, or code — in whole or in part — may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No guarantee
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. There are no guarantees of uninterrupted operation, platform approval, reach, engagement, or business results.
Termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if misuse, security risk, or policy violations are reasonably suspected.
