Data deletion instructions — DONBE AdBot
How users can request deletion of data associated with DONBE AdBot and related DONBE Web Tools. This page is published at anndycaps.org/data-deletion.html.
How to request deletion
- Disconnect any connected social media accounts inside the application, if that option is available.
- Submit a deletion request using the contact options on anndycaps.org.
- Include enough detail to identify the account or connection to remove — for example the platform name (Meta / Facebook / Instagram, etc.) and the associated Page, profile, or ad account name.
What may be deleted
Upon verification, locally stored information tied to DONBE AdBot may be deleted, such as:
- Saved OAuth tokens or access credentials used for integrations
- Saved post drafts and publishing history stored by the app
- Analytics snapshots and related metadata stored by the app
What may remain outside the app
Content or records already on third-party platforms (including Meta) may need to be removed through those platforms' own tools. DONBE AdBot cannot delete data that only Meta or another provider controls on their systems.
Processing time
Requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after they are received and identity / scope is verified.
