This Privacy Policy explains how DONBE AdBot and related DONBE Web Tools collect, use, store, and protect information when users connect social media accounts, draft content, and publish or review posts through the application.
Who operates these tools
DONBE AdBot is operated as part of DONBE Web Tools. This policy is published at anndycaps.org/privacy-policy.html to satisfy Meta developer disclosure requirements. General nonprofit inquiries remain handled through Anndy Cap's as described on the main site.
What we collect
Depending on how the app is used, DONBE AdBot may collect and store:
- OAuth or access tokens needed to connect approved social media accounts
- Post drafts, published post text, post status, and related metadata
- Basic analytics snapshots such as impressions, engagements, and external post IDs
- Technical logs and error messages needed to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the app
Meta / Facebook / Instagram
If you connect accounts through Meta (for example Facebook or Instagram APIs), Meta may process information according to Meta's own policies. DONBE AdBot only requests data needed to perform features you enable (such as publishing or analytics). Review Meta's terms and data policies for those platforms separately.
How we use information
Information is used to:
- Authenticate connected accounts and maintain social platform integrations
- Generate, save, schedule, publish, and review social content
- Measure post performance and improve future content workflows
- Maintain application security, detect misuse, and debug technical issues
AI and third-party services
If AI features are enabled, content prompts and business context may be sent to configured AI providers to generate draft content. Social publishing and analytics features may also send data to connected platform providers, such as Meta, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, or YouTube, depending on which services a user chooses to connect.
Data storage and security
Connected account tokens, post records, and analytics snapshots may be stored locally in the app database or in the deployment environment used to run the service. Reasonable steps are taken to limit access and protect information from unauthorized use.
Data sharing
DONBE AdBot does not sell personal information. Data is shared only when needed to operate the connected features you request, such as authenticating a social account, publishing content, retrieving analytics, or using an enabled AI provider.
User controls
You may disconnect connected accounts and stop using the app at any time. You may request deletion of locally stored data as described on our Data deletion instructions page.
Children's privacy
DONBE AdBot is not intended for use by children under 13, and the service is not designed to knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
